Camping Rules & Load-In Times

🎟 Passes Required

  • Every attendee must purchase a single day or 2-Day GA Pass, in addition to a camping or RV pass.

  • Not camping? only a single day or 2 day pass will be required for entry.

🏕 Camping Options & Wristbands

  • Each camp spot is 10x10 ft. (Unlimited availability for tent camping spots)

  • Car camping is limited to 15 spots only.

When you purchase a camping pass (Car/Tent/RV), you will receive A Ticket That will Have to Be Presented Before you can set up your tent. 1 ticket = 1 tent 

If you plan to have more people at your campsite than your site allows, you must purchase an additional camping pass.

🍻 21+ / BYOB Policy

Yes, you are allowed to bring alcoholic beverages, but only under the following conditions:

  • You must be 21 or older and wear a 21+ wristband at all times to legally possess or consume alcohol, as required by Utah state law.

  • If you are caught consuming alcohol without a 21+ wristband, all alcohol will be confiscated, and further action may be taken in accordance with state liquor laws.

🐾 Animals

No pets or animals are allowed in the camping or festival grounds.

Each day will be packed with local artist performances, exciting contests, and a showcase of Utah’s largest electronic music. Echo In The Pines is more than just a festival; it's a vibrant community where local music and art scenes converge to support and inspire each other.

 

For the ultimate Echo In The Pines experience, secure your camping spot today. Stay with us after the main event for exclusive experiences designed to enhance your festival adventure. Arrive with friends to secure neighboring camping spots and assist our staff in accommodating your preferences.

 

Parking will be available for purchase on-site at the entrance to the parking area. We're thrilled to have you join us at Echo In The Pines and can't wait to create lasting memories together!

Camping

Sunday: Gone by 12pm

 

Parking

Friday: 9am-12am

Saturday: 8am-12am

Sunday: Closed

 

Festival Grounds

Friday: 5pm-5am (music starts)

Saturday: 12pm-5am 

Sunday: Gone by 12pm

 

 

 

COME PREPARED

- Temperatures will vary drastically from hot during the day to cold at night, so plan accordingly. Take care of your body. Come prepared with any prescription/allergy meds (must be in the original container). Consider bringing comfy shoes, ear-plugs, a camel pack to stay hydrated, and anything else that may benefit you.

PARKING

    ⁃    You will be charged for parking upon arrival. When purchasing your parking, you are paying for entry ONLY. If you leave festival grounds & wish to return, you will have to purchase additional Parking. CASH recommended. Card may include service fees.

    ⁃    You will be directed to park ONLY in the designated parking area. Cars parked outside of the designated areas will be towed. NO exceptions.

    ⁃    There is overflow parking locations that are further away from the camp grounds, so arrive early to avoid further trekking to the camp grounds.

 

Tent Camping

    ⁃    After you have parked your vehicle in the designated parking area, you will haul your camping gear to the camping grounds. (The trek from parking to camping is only about 100 Yards)

    ⁃    Turn in your tent camping ticket at the camping entrance. You will then be guided to your camping spot. ( your camping ticket is good for 1 camping space)

 

RV and Car Camping:

    ⁃    All RVs and car campers must pull down to the designated area where staff will assist with parking. If you have a camper and plan to camp in it, you must purchase a car camping spot (if available)

 

Security and Bag Checks:

- We will be conducting bag checks upon entry. 

- Security will also check bags when entering the festival grounds. You are allowed to bring your own food and water for your campsite.

 

Facilities and Services:

    ⁃    Water stations will be available

    ⁃    There will be port-a potties available 

 

Do’s and Don’ts:

    ⁃    Do: Prepare any allergy and prescription medication.

    ⁃    Do: Have your tickets and IDs ready for a smooth entry process.

    ⁃    Do: Respect the festival staff and fellow attendees.

    ⁃    Don’t: Bring any prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, etc.).

    ⁃    Don’t: Attempt to park in unauthorized areas.

Echo In The Pines Festival Guidelines

 

NO Aerosol products/cans

NO Bota bags

NO Breakable glass or acrylic mirrors (Compact makeup and shatter-proof plastic mirrors measuring less then 8″x8″ are OK)

NO Camping wind turbines

NO Drones or remote-controlled aircraft

NO Drugs or drug paraphernalia

NO Fireworks

 

NO Gas generators in tent camping (Solar-powered generators OK) RV Campsites are allowed Generators.

 

NO Gas masks

 

NO Glass bottles (Small bottles of perfume/cologne are OK)

NO Hookahs

NO Illegal substances

NO Large chains or spiked jewelry

NO Large speaker systems (Sound systems are limited to USB-powered/personal portable speakers. No amplified sound systems allowed. (Echo In The Pines reserves the right to remove sound systems that do not follow these guidelines, and repeat offenders of noise complaints are subject to removal from the campground).

 

NO Laser pointers or air horns

NO Loose pills without a prescription, or expired medications of any kind (All medications, prescription or otherwise, must be in their original container)

NO Medical or recreational marijuana

NO Motorized vehicles of any kind, including off-road motorcycles, Segways, bicycles, electric bicycles, hoverboards, powered skateboards, or scooters

 

NO Personal gas tanks (only those with RV Camping)

 

NO Pets

 

NO Promotional flyers, promotional/corporate branded banners, or vehicles displaying sponsorships or ads

 

NO Spray paint

 

NO Steel knives or other utensils deemed as weapons

 

NO Tool boxes

 

NO Unauthorized vending of food or merchandise, including alcohol

 

NO Weapons or weapon accessories of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, etc.)
